Just for clarification:
This is a two part maintenance. The software on all the MXK and all the CALIX shelves will be upgraded.
On the MXK shelves, there will be an outage of around 10 minutes per shelf, at which time customers will lose sync, and have no ability to place or receive calls. Sync and dialtone should return on their own. Please refrain from repeated Syncview requests during this time, as they will fail.
On the CALIX shleves, there may be a brief outage as well.
