One of the controller cards on storage array #2 may potentially have issues and will be replaced. Since this is a dual controller system, no downtime is expected.
Most services are balanced across the storage arrays and downtime on one array should not impact access to critical services (DNS, mail, RADIUS, etc..)
The controller firmware and OS have been upgraded to match the the other controller. Ports are balanced and the new controller is operational.
