• Swapping to alternate (virtual) mail server - should only take 5 mins.

Possible glitches:

1. deleted email reappearing - unlikely and one-time event

2. webmail login/template errors - can be fixed within 30mins

3. aspam processing delays leading to timeout issues under higher load

The first two problems may not occur and can be quickly fixed. The aspam timeout issue is more of a concern: will switch back if this problem occurs and contact Netwin. They've enhanced the logging tohelp identify such a problem.
